About:

As a woman in my 40’s with two businesses (Cotswold Clubhouse and an Air B&B) plus four children (3 grown up!) I understand  that health and well-being in midlife is crucial. Around perimenopause and menopause,  the body stops burning fat efficiently, you are more prone to injuries and you feel tired all of the time. Through Personal Training and Nutrition advice I can help you get the body back you once had , feel empowered and help with fuzzy head syndrome!

Having been a PE teacher, a Personal Trainer and running a sports business, I can offer very practical help and guidance to help

you feel empowered and on top of body goals!

A bespoke 1:1 personal training session with nutritional guidance tailored to anyone in perimenopause , menopause or post menopause. I am mobile around the Cotswold's and can come to you but also have Cotswold Clubhouse, which is a gymnastics facility to use, a nature reserve opposite my house in Bourton on the Water .
